Why Hardwork Is Important?

David Kipre

Getting up at 4 a.m. and jump into your daily activity and working 14 or more hours a day from Monday to Saturday is not easy at all. The idea that you should work hard is become more relevant nowadays. And the questions that frequently come is: why should I work hard? What benefit will I get from that? And that’s the answer we are going to give you.

I-Reasons why you have to work hard

It is very important to understand that nothing worthwhile in life is easy. All good things take time and must be earned through hard work and tireless effort. It really does take a lot to be where you are and where you want to be.

Anyone especially young people must have a vision and know it then must build his own path to success with innovative and groundbreaking ideas. Vision and efforts must be synchronized for the realization of dreams. You must be open to new challenges every day and look for gaps in every aspect of your life to turn them into opportunities. In the end, it all comes down to hard work. If you are not mentally and physically prepared to work and achieve your goal without rest, every exclusive and extraordinary idea can be in vain.

The main factor behind a successful person is their level of commitment and inclination towards the goal. A person’s dedication to achieving his or her goals requires a lot of determination.

Even if you have a talent that is a gift in itself. It gives you an early advantage, but if you stop to smell the roses, you’ll never reach the finish line. You have to keep fighting. Just look at successful people in the world of sports, art or entertainment; don’t sit on your laurels.

Instead, they are constantly honing their skills and craft and striving to stay relevant in their field. For all of their accomplishments and accolades, I think NBA basketball player of the year Michael Jordan, NFL MVP Tom Brady and international soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo are good examples of the importance of continuing to work hard even if you have special talents and natural abilities.

By focusing on school, participating in beauty pageants and then working at a radio station, Winfrey was able to enter the media world. She got her big break in television as a host for the local Baltimore talk show, “People Are Talking.” Later came “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” what she fought to get ownership rights to the television program.

Before the Harry Potter books turned her into the world’s highest-paid author she struggled as a single parent. she confided: “I remember 20 years ago not eating so my daughter would eat and I remember nights when there was literally no money.”

During this period, her depression took a dark turn, and she considered herself a failure. She had fallen and felt stuck. She even contemplated suicide. But today, Rowling’s fortune is estimated to $1 billion. She found help in her writings that has become an outlet for her.

She said: “You will never truly know yourself, or the strength of your relationships, until both have been tested by adversity.”

Hard work is the factor that gives you the tools to take advantage of possibilities or opportunities and then shape or turn them into realities.
