First of all, you will pre-boil the meat. It’s quite simple, you’ll see. Just cook the meat in a pan with water and salt or your seasoning broth (note that some use paprika, garlic, dried parsley or ginger powder) and leave it until you see if the meat is cooked. Once the onions are cooked, pour in the mixture made up of the different elements that you had to put in the blender. Stir for at least 5 minutes. Add water and close with a lid to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

4. Add the pistachio.

Add water to the pistachio before adding it to the sauce that is on the stove. You must have a result in the form of a leg. So you don’t have to put much, just enough to get the desired result. Turn and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.

Caution: At 5 minutes, you must stir so that the sauce does not burn. So be careful, watch the cooking at this level.
